Zoning violations issue

The Walgreens property on Waverly street is an eye sore. There is always trash in the parking lot and surrounding area. The landscaping is not maintained. Most recently it looks like some illegal dumping has taking place behind their building.

Unauthorized business on private property

Multiple commercial vehicles parked in the backyard of the property. Also was told that 4-5 individuals live in the basement unit when property already has a tenant in the upstairs unit. Multiple noise complaints also cited towards the individuals in the basement unit.

Owners at 4 Cavatorta Drive are not maintaining their property. They don't cut their lawn and don't cut the sidewalk lawn in front of their house and now it's 3 feet tall. The only spot where the grass is low on the sidewalk side is where they drive over it on the sidewalk. They've been using the sidewalk as their personal driveway, parking their cars all over the front lawn and driving up and over the sidewalk and curbing to get in and out, which is dragging all of the dirt and rocks from their yard onto the sidewalk. It''s making it impossible for our kids to navigate on their bikes, beyond looking terrible and it's ruining our neighborhood.

They've removed every last tree from their property and are currently "leveling the property" with dirt and trash that oddly gets dropped off between 10pm and midnight. We are concerned that they are going to impact runoff into other neighbors yards and the street.

Can the town intervene?

Please be advised that at the residence of 45 Bellefontaine, there is an ongoing scrap metal business run from that location, for a number of years.

The inhabitant will scavenge for scrap, bring it to the location and there he will sort it, grind, destroy, sawzall etc. the materials for easy of scrapping later.

This is a neighborhood and this is not the sort of activity conducive to a neighborhood, considering refirgerators, propane tanks, hazmat materials could be involved. If he wants to operate a scrapyard then he should do so in a commercial zone.

I think a drive by executed by the City of Framingham personnel is required and action then taken.

These people have constant piles of chemicals, trash, old rotting vehicles and commercial vehicles/equipment here.
There is an on again, off again smell of chemicals and trash.
There have been animals that seem to be living there.
There is a common concern regarding all this and that there is enough standing water among the trash and chemicals to have concerns about mosquitoes having a large area to breed.
Direct , pleasant communication from several of us was either strongly rebuffed or yes'd to death with no action taken.
Help please!
