If this is from student drop-off and pick-up and foot travel to and from school then this may require writing to state reps and city and school board to require Civics courses.

This photos, and others, were taken early on a Monday morning following a weekend and Feb break where no school in session. The street and park open to all. My questions to the City include when was the last time the street was cleaned, why aren’t there more trash bins supporting the entire area, who monitors in advance of the school day starting?
