Description
Landlords contractor installed 5 electrical baseboard heaters in November, tenant move in December, landlord is in disbelief of leaks coming from apartment 3 and that’s 1st electrical bill is $905, 2nd electrical bill $805 and 3rd electrical bill $485 for unit 2. Prior to signing lease to apartment 2 landlord never stated he was changing heating system from gas to electrical we wouldn’t have signed if that was the case as electrical is much more expense for the 3 months we been at apt 2, our current balance is almost $2,000.00 dollars. Landlord contractor is not an electrician.
