Description

There are a number of drug dealers along 9th street between Mission to Howard who deal solely to the homeless. They will congregate sometimes in numbers of 3-5 in front of businesses and offices, even right next to a government assistance office. On occasion they have made unwanted verbal sexual advances to our female employees and customers. They conceal their "merchandise" in their mouths and count their cash in open view of everyone on the street. This issue has been going on for years and is only getting worse.
