Resident called to request clean up and regular maintenance at the bump out area to the right of 42 Kimball at the corner of Kimball and Columbus. There is a tree in the middle of it. When bump out was first installed, a neighbor adopted it to maintain it, but, has since moved away. Residents would like the city to continue maintaining it. It is a mess and overgrown with weeds.
