Public Works - MS (Parks) assigned this issue to Traffic - KC (Permits)

This was reported in December, and I understand from community garden users that they have made multiple requests for the removal of the large pile of garden waste outside the community garden in Raymond Park. It has been there at least 2 months and is ripe for become a large condo for local rats. It also is being explored by dogs who visit the park who could be poisoned by rat debris.

Please remove asap to prevent further spread of rodents and danger to children and pets
